There are items are missing from my order!

Please note, as we work with many different carriers if you order multiple items some orders may arrive separately. Please allow the outlined shipping time for your entire order to arrive before reaching out. If you have any concerns about your order outside of the allowable timeframe (see SHIPPING) please contact us at celestialcorner.shop@gmail.com and we will do our best to help you out.

 

I received the wrong order!

We’re so sorry for the mistake! Please contact us at celestialcorner.shop@gmail.com. State your order number and your issue within 10 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to help you get the correct items. 

 

Returns and Refunds

Please note all custom orders are final sale, and this will clearly be outlined in the product description. If you have a faulty item and require a return or a refund please contact us on celestialcorner.help@gmail.com. State your order number and your reason for return or refund within 10 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to help you. Returns and refunds are processed on a case by case basis. Items must be in original condition and must be authorized to be eligible for return or refund. We do not offer returns or refund for change of mind, on clearance products, items purchased during a promotional sale period, or on orders where the address has been entered incorrectly by the customer. In saying that we are here to help - so if you do believe you’re eligible for a return or refund please reach out to us and we will see what we can do for you. We value our customers and will do our best to assist.

 

Cancellations

We can only cancel your order or change the shipping address before it has been packed for shipment so if you make a mistake please reach out straight away. Orders canceled before they have been packed will be eligible for a full refund.

 

Customs

Because we are a worldwide retailer Celestial Corner cannot be responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge if incurred. Please be aware that the buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country if applicable. 

 

Pricing & Payment 

All of our prices are in NZD. We accept all major payment methods including Afterpay.
