Shipping and Processing
We work with a range of different suppliers so it is important to read our shipping information carefully before placing an order.
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing on most items. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. When your order is fulfilled, you will receive email confirmation with a tracking information (if tracking is applicable) once your order has shipped. Please allow the specified times below for delivery of your order.
Shipping times will vary depending on where you are, where our supplier is based, and what you are ordering. If you are buying a custom piece the wait time will be clearly outlined in the product description. For all other items here are the shipping options and an estimate of the shipping times:
FREE SHIPPING
We offer FREE SHIPPING on selected Celestial Corner items. Free Shipping is not tracked and can take longer to be delivered. Our FREE SHIPPING option has a delivery time of anywhere between 2-6 weeks to arrive depending on your location. Free shipping is not available in conjunction with promotions.
Do not select the free shipping if you are in a hurry to receive your items.
STANDARD SHIPPING
Standard Shipping is available on all items. Standard shipping can be tracked and delivery time will vary depending on where you are and where our supplier is based. For an estimate on standard shipping delivery times see the estimates below. The price of the standard shipping option will be calculated at checkout.
Australia & New Zealand: 1-3 Weeks
USA: 1–3 Weeks
Canada: 2-3 Weeks
Europe: 2-4 Weeks
UK: 3-4 Weeks
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Express Shipping is available on selected items. Express shipping is tracked and delivery time will vary depending on where you are and where our supplier is based. Exact price and express shipping time will be calculated at checkout.
Please be aware that as Celestial Corner uses third-party services we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. However, all shipments are insured. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. For the same reason, we do not have control over shipping delays. We do our best to get your order to you on time but sometimes there can be delays with customs.
